This includes, but is not limited to ripped images, recolors, photomanipulation using images that are not approved stock, and the like. For more information, please refer to the following FAQ articles:

It should also be noted that crediting does not equal permission to post stolen works on deviantART.
FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?

Failure to comply to these rules will result in the deletion of your images, suspension or ban from deviantART, or in the most extreme cases, the original artists whose art you have ripped off can even file a legitimate lawsuit against you for copyright infringement, as works that are posted in your deviantART gallery are automatically copyrighted under your own name.
